This is an overview of the services we offer and how they will benefit our customers.
Our 3D Virtual Tour is created using specialized 360° scanning cameras to capture the full layout of your property. The scans are stitched together into an interactive, navigable digital model. Clients can “walk through” the space, click on points of interest, and view the property from different angles.
We overlay branding, information tags, and optionally floor plans or embedded media. The end product is hosted online and embeddable in your website, listings, or social media.
For most commercial properties, the on-site scanning or photography takes about 2–3 hours, depending on size and complexity.
After the shoot, post-production, stitching, editing, and quality checks usually allow us to deliver your final media (photos, virtual tour, video, etc.) within 1 to 3 weeks. (Larger or more complex projects may vary; always check project-specific timeline.)
On-the-other-hand for a typical residential property, on-site scanning or photography takes about 1–2 hours, depending on size and complexity.
After the shoot, post-production, stitching, editing, and quality checks usually allow us to deliver your final media (photos, virtual tour, video, etc.) within 24 to 48 hours. (Larger or more complex projects may vary; always check project-specific timeline.)
Not necessarily. Many of our media processes can be combined into a single appointment. We plan the shoot to capture all required media — stills, video, drone, 3D scans — in one visit, minimizing disruption.
If access or timing constraints arise (for example, restrictions on drone flights), we may schedule a follow-up visit for specific media.
To make your property shine in media, we recommend:
Declutter and clean each room (remove personal items, excess furniture, cords)
Turn on all lights and open curtains for maximum natural light
Make beds, organize closets, hide small messes
Ensure outdoor areas (yards, landscaping) are tidy and accessible
If your property has restricted access (common areas, rooftops, amenities), please arrange access in advance.
Yes — we operate under all applicable drone regulations and FAA or local licensing requirements. Our pilots are certified, and we obtain any necessary flight permissions before the shoot.
We also maintain safety protocols (flight altitudes, no-fly zones, privacy consideration) to ensure compliance and respect for surroundings.
Weather can affect aerial photos/videos (e.g. rain, high winds, low light). In such cases, we may reschedule or shift to interior-only work until conditions improve.
We monitor forecasts and coordinate with you in advance to minimize delays. If only part of the shoot is affected, we may complete unaffected media and return for the rest.
Virtual staging is the digital furnishing and decoration of empty or sparsely furnished spaces in post-production. We insert realistic furniture, decor, and textures to make the space look lived-in and appealing without physically staging.
It’s highly effective in helping buyers envision potential. According to industry data, staged (or virtually staged) listings often sell faster and garner more attention. Just note: we represent existing walls, windows, and physical features accurately — we do not add architectural changes.
Costs depend on several factors: property size, complexity, number of media types requested (photos, video, drone, 3D tour, staging), travel distance, and any special editing or custom work.
We provide transparent itemized quotes up front. Any extras (e.g. additional edits, re-shoots, hosting extensions) are disclosed in the agreement. No surprise “hidden” fees. We believe clarity builds trust.
